In light of the current situation surrounding the global COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post is experiencing record-high delivery delays due to reduced staffing, and a surge in online orders needing to be fulfilled.
Because of this, you will experience a guaranteed delivery delay when placing your order. In rare cases, you may experience a delay of approximately 20-30 days for your order to be delivered, and will notice a status of ‘Delivery Date Pending’ when viewing your tracking information.
If you are looking for detailed tracking information or estimated date of delivery, we recommend you contact Canada Post directly, as we do not possess any additional information than what is provided to you via your tracking number.
In light of this situation, we are recommending that our customer who place repeat orders with us, do so well in advance, in order to offset the ongoing delivery delays.
