The Holiday season is fast approaching and with it comes the busiest shopping times of the year! With delivery delays due the coronavirus pandemic, be sure to shop now to receive your order before the holiday rush. If you’re interested in learning more, and understanding what this means for you, Canada Post has written a public statement that addresses this.

Because of this, you will experience a guaranteed delivery delay when placing your order. In rare cases, you may experience a delay of approximately 20-30 days for your order to be delivered, and will notice a status of ‘Delivery Date Pending’ when viewing your tracking information.

If you are looking for detailed tracking information or estimated date of delivery, we recommend you contact Canada Post directly, as we do not possess any additional information than what is provided to you via your tracking number.

In light of this situation, we are recommending that our customers who place repeat orders with us, do so well in advance, in order to offset the ongoing delivery delays.
